Obsessed with the idea of treating brand-building like an iterative process instead of a one-and-done identity exercise. The way brand work has been seen as vibes while product gets all the structured methodologies?? 😤 The Agile-for-branding approach makes SO much sense, especially in a world where brands need to adapt fast and stay culturally relevant.

Also, “brand work is often invisible” really hit—so much of the job is about securing internal buy-in before the external glow-up can even happen. Curious to hear your thoughts on how smaller teams can navigate the resourcing sprint when there’s barely a budget for brand in the first place. 👀🔥
