I so often think of 'taste' in terms of creative or aesthetics, but I loved this breakdown of taste across all facets of the customer experience, and even employee experiences, workplace culture, and internal issues.

Love this insightful deep dive. Taste is an incredibly undervalued skill, especially when deciding which trend to jump on and which one to skip. I hadn't considered consumer empathy as part of the equation, but as you've outlined, it most certainly is, and can be learned. It starts with putting the consumer at the heart of everything you do, and I wish more brand and marketing execs would embrace this!

Absolutely! Keeping the customer front and center isn't a new concept, but it gets overlooked, and connecting it to taste and aesthetics is a reminder of just how much it touches
